GENERAL

Stag / All Male groups are not allowed.

RESERVATIONS

1. All confirmed bookings are to be made by the customer through our website www.junglehut.in or by email addressed to Jungle Hut or on call with the assistance of our Reservations Manager who will send aconfirmed booking voucher in the customer’s name.
2. No reservation will be acknowledged without a confirmed booking voucher or unless it is accepted on email by Jungle Hut.
3. In the case of "No Show" the hotel reserves right to charge 100% retention against the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations cancelled are charged as below:

1. 15 or more days prior to check in date No cancellation charges.
2. 10 - 15 days prior to check in date - 50% cancellation fee.
3. Below 10 days, full cancellation - no refund.

Cancellation fees are calculated on the total value of the reservation made.

TARIFF

All amounts are denominated in INR.
In the case of any future currency fluctuations, changes in component costs or government taxes Jungle Hut reserve the right to renegotiate the rates.

REFUNDS

All refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policyin 7 bank working days.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT DETAILS

• Check-in – 1:00 PM
• Check-out – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and check-out depends on availability. Please contact Reservations with details.

REGISTRATION

As per Government of India regulations, all guests above 18 years of age mustproduce valid ID for examplePassport, Driving License, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Voter’s Identity Card at the time of check-in.

OCCUPANCY

Occupancy of site is restricted to the registered guests only therefore we do not allow any visitors without prior intimation and proper verification.

INSIDE THE ROOMS

There are no TVs, telephones or WIFI inside the room. The emergency contact numbers are pasted behind the door. Get in touch with the staff incase of any emergency.

RESPONSIBILITY

We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash / cigarette butts etc in the designated trash bins.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Please put the books and games back in cupboards provided in our library.
Please do not play loud music. It is strictly prohibited as we are in the forest area.

RIGHT CONDUCT

We reserve the right to reject and evict any guest or group of guests who are found to be a nuisance which includes being disrespectful to our staff, management or other guests, engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, or generally being noisy and disrupting the peace at the resort.

DAMAGES

Any breakages / loss related to the resort caused by guests, will be charged to their personal account and must be settled in full upon check-out.

PETS

Regret we do not allow pets in Jungle hut.

FOOD

If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies to any kind of food or drink, please check with the manager before consuming anything. Alsoinform the Front Office staff either before check – in or before meals so that necessary precautions are taken.

No room service. All our meals are buffet style and served at our common dining area during the following timings:

• Breakfast: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
• Lunch: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
• Dinner: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Cancel 4 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges

Tea Timings

• Morning: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
• Evening: 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Charges apply outside these timings

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Buffet food cannot be taken as snacks. Please order from the snacks menu placed in the dining hall.

SAFETY

1. POLICE DIRECTION – Vehicular traffic is strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM & 6:00 AM. Jungle Hut will not be responsible if any guests / vehicles leave the property and are caught and penalized by the authorities during these hours.
2. After 6:30 PM, walking around is restricted. Guests are allowed to only walk from room to the common areasand back with the help of our security guard who’s on call 24 hours. Any area without any lights inside the property MUST BE AVOIDED.
3. After 11:00 PM, all pathway lights will be turned off; No walking around allowed whatsoever. The guests are advised to stay indoors.
4. If you are heading out anywhere, please be back at the resort before 7:30 PM.

CHILDREN

Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the property. Jungle Hut is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries and accidents caused at all areas of the resort.

FACILITIES

Pool

1. Pool timings are from 8 AM to 6 PM.
2. Pool towels are provided inside the room – Do not use bath towels.
3. Infants are not allowed into the pool without pool diapers. Normal diapers are prohibited. Pool Diapers are available and can be purchased at reception.
4. No music is allowed at the pool side. No screaming or shouting. Children crying must be removed from the pool.
5. Entry into the pool with appropriate swimwear only. Regular clothes are not allowed inside the pool. If you do not have your own swimwear, please get in touch with the staff. Withoutproper swimwear, you will be charged INR 2000 as penalty.
6. Showering is compulsory before entering the pool.
7. Guests with any skin condition or open wounds must not enter the pool.
8. Before using the pool, please notify the staff so that we can assign a lifeguard to be near the pool.
9. Adult supervision is a must if children are using the pool.
10. After exiting pool and before entering any common area, please dry yourself off.
11. No food items or drinks of any kind are allowed near the pool.

Bonfire
Bonfires are available on requestand provided for at designated areas only.

Library
Please keep the library area clean. Return books and games at the reception before you check out.

Outdoor & Indoor Games
Games are available at the reception and other common areas. Request the staff to assist you.

WiFi
Wifi is available in the reception and dining at no extra cost. Please contact the front office to connect.

DRONES & CAMERAS

As per India’s drone laws, before every single flight, drone pilots are required to request permission to fly at https://digitalsky.dgca.gov.in/ which will automatically process the request and grant or reject it. Without proper permission from the government, flying a drone in Jungle Hut and surrounding areas is strictly prohibited. Please refer http://dgca.nic.in/ for more information.
Video shooting for commercial purposes is also not allowed. Please seek permission from the local police station and authorities before doing so.

BAR

We do not serve alcohol as we do not have a liquor license.
